Digital Dental Solutions is a rare IT services company for dental offices. They have an amazing back up system, which is so necessary in these times. They are very responsive. They understand how expensive it is for a dental office to be closed even for a few hours. We had an issue and they sent an amazing tech, Steven, right away. He came from two hours away and also communicated with Comcast to make sure our issue was resolved.
They even communicate with all our vendors to help set up.
Their prices are also reasonable.
I have tried several IT companies, but they are by far the best.

I have known Matt and his team at DDS Tech for many years. They are an outstanding team of professionals. As a Dentist, I work with many women and its is not easy to have a tech team be supportive of the needs of all our team members. Our phone calls are always answered in a polite manner and issues handled promptly. Recently, I moved 2 of my locations to newer facilities. Each move went on so smooth and seamless because of the meticulous planning and great attention to detail provided by the team at DDS under the leadership of the cool headed Matt Kroff. Their pricing is very reasonable for the outstanding work they do.
I would enthusiastically recommend them to any and all of my professional friends.

For any dental office that is looking for an IT who knows what they’re doing I cannot give Digital Dental Solutions a higher rating. They have met every expectation that I have and then some. The quick to respond the troubleshoot issues quickly and come up with permanent solutions. I couldn’t imagine doing business without the as our team. Not to mention that they are good people as well.
