I was visiting from Colorado to see some family, so i had stopped at this Mcdonald’s one of the mornings during my trip. The gentlemen who took my order was polite, i was at the drive thru.
Once my husband got up to the window to take the order, the young lady who handed him his coffee quite literally dropped it in his lap. BURNING HOT ASS COFFEE. The normal reaction is to let the customer know you’re sorry, and get them a new beverage, at least you’d think.
This young lady was just staring blankly at us, saying NOTHING. Then hands us our food bag. I have honestly never seen anything like it, and i’ve worked in food service before. Don’t go here unless you want to be the next one suing Mcdonald’s for having hot coffee dropped on you.

Cashier was rude, tossing my food on to the counter that we’d waited almost 20 minutes for, but the real kicker was who I assume was the manager. Watched him stick his hand in the butt pocket of a young female employee, a man who looks about 40+. I can’t imagine what he does behind closed doors if he’ll do that right in front of a customer.

We stopped by for some breakfast with the family we are traveling they are Not Friendly at all, they forgot to give us a coffee and a Juice and on top of that They laughed bc I went back and asked for some syrup smh right at my face!
Ice coffee tastes like dirty water :/

Was passing thru and needed to get a meal and this is what I got. Called the store #4195 112 Greenville BYP, Butler Al
and informed the manager of the situation and his response was, "that he checks the food and he sees nothing wrong with the product that was served." I offered to send pictures of the food and was responded with "well I apologize but if you want you can come back and have the food remade or refunded but I have checked the vegetables and see nothing wrong."
For the customer's check your food before leaving if you're just passing through!!

This place was great. I dont usually eat at McDonalds very often anymore, one of the reasons is the fact that they usually are pretty slow nowadays, but this one was pretty quick which was great! The food was fine. They currently offer dining in as long as you are social distancing. Public bathrooms.

Ordering through the Mobile App and picking it up inside at the counter was a joke. There were 12+ employees behind the counter and not a single one of them would make eye contact with me. The manager himself walked past me three times without speaking and refused eye contact. One employee finally asked me if I needed to place an order after six other people had gotten their orders and left. Then I was told the espresso machine was down. I know this was a cleaning issue because I am constantly told this. It takes 18 minutes to clean the espresso machine. And then was also told it was too late in the evening for them to make sweet tea. It was 8:30pm but I wouldn't say that was late.

Decent food. Affordable. Relatively quick service. Lots of business. It's usually very busy but we try our best. Great place for family meals!
