They are literally the BEST in the business!!! A little back story: I went to this random person to do my website and she literally did such a poor job! Like I hated it. I came to innovative mojo with an emergency situation to get some sort of web presence up in 7-8 days. We also had our own design with examples, all of the images, content and logo. We told them from the beginning that we were under pressure and that if they felt that they could not do the work, they should let us know upfront. I let them know that many peoples' reputations were on the line with the project and that I needed to be careful to get a professional team, who really felt confident so that we would not lose even a day's more time.

Eric could barely listen to me as I was trying to explain our concept for the site and continually interrupted asking technical questions more suited to his design team that I could not answer for him (e.g. How many pages would it take to do what I wanted for each feature?). At the end of it, he sent me examples of websites that were lightyears away from what I showed him (yes, I had examples of the site we wanted) and when we complained, he became condescending and claimed that there was something wrong with my ability to see even though I looked many times over what he sent, told him exactly why it was far from what we want our users to see and he continued insisting that we "just can't see it" instead of agreeing to send us what we were describing in some form: a sketch, anything, since he had claimed that he understood everything the night before.

Now, granted I am an African-American woman and I have learned that no matter how polite we may be, it's NOT only White men who disrespect African-American women; so someone with another profile might not have the same experience here, but this was simply horribly disappointing and we lost another day......And an Black company has damaged another Black organization, but I will continue to strive to find others with more conscience and continue buying Black!

The sellers comment is untrue below our review. He insisted until the last moment that he could give us exactly what we wanted until he refused to accept that what he had sent us was not what we had asked for.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but decided to reach out to them because it really couldn’t get much worse. I spoke with Santiago and immediately clicked with him as he was very professional, down to earth, easy to talk to, knowledgeable and had some very innovative ideas. I decided to give MOJO a try and after a few months I’ve had to hire four new employees to help with all the work I’m accumulating. I highly recommend them!
