Our camper was taken out by a tree from the tornado unfortunately, but Alliance really did everything they could to help us get into a new one. Tree was awesome! He showed us tons of campers that fit our needs and budget. Alliance really took care us of during a very stressful and difficult time and my husband and I are so grateful for that. Great place! Great people!

Keisha is absolutely amazing! My family and I had the pleasure of being her very first sale at camping world. We drug her around for hours looking at SO MANY campers, then once we whittled down our choices, we went back to look at them again.. and again. She had nothing but absolute patience with us the entire time and made the whole experience super enjoyable. Despite being one of the newer employees, she was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my many questions (and still does! lol), couldn't recommend her enough!! 🙂

My service advisor did a very poor job communicating with me about the status of my camper. I emailed her on numerous occasions, and she never replied to me. I had to call several times to get updates. She told me they couldn't find the initial part (water manifold); it took me 15 minutes on the phone with McGaugh RV (local Jayco dealer) to get a part number that they said they could have in 2-3 business days. She told me that it was going to take at least 10 days to get the part. I told her it had a brand-new water pump that I had purchased from their dealership, and she was the person who confirmed that it would be a good pump to replace my old pump with. Then after they installed the water manifold, she called me to tell me that it needed a new water pump but the one I had installed was the wrong size. I told her that she is the one who recommended that pump to me when I went in and bought it. Then when I picked up the camper I looked inside and that was the exact same pump they used to replace the other new pump. They also didn’t secure the new pump to the floor, nor did they reinstall the pre-filter that was on it. I had told her that I wanted the new pump I had installed, and she said she didn't think they had it. I had told her I wanted it when she originally told me they were going to put a new pump in it. When I went to hook up my camper they had left a bunch of lights on, and my batteries were too weak to even run my jacks. I couldn't even get my generator started to be able to power it. I told her that I wanted to speak to the manager about the pump. She came out and put the pump on my tailgate and walked off. After we finally got my camper hooked up, I went back inside to speak to the manager, and he had already left. This tells me that either she didn't tell him, or he didn't want to speak to me. We purchased the extended warranty when we bought the camper from Camping World as well as the exterior coat protection plan. I had also informed them that there was an issue with the exterior paint and that you could see the sun had faded the paint and the framing of the camper was visible around the faded areas on both sides of the camper. They said they tried buffing it out on one side, but it made no difference. They were supposed to do it to both sides. Based on the “scrub marks” it looks like they just tried in one small area.
Very dissatisfied with this whole visit. I think they replaced the water pump and billed the extended warranty company even though the pump was perfectly fine.

I would have not even given this place one star except that is the only way to write a review. I have never been lied to and treated so inappropriately as I was Monday. On Friday 10/25 I discussed with Sebastian the need to be seen the first thing on Monday morning 10/28 after I was told the service department did not work on the weekend. Dropped off our camper Sunday so it was there for the early appointment. Monday at 10am was told the inspection was moved back to 12pm and at 12 Sebastian stated “they are taking it in now”. He also stated the inspection would take an hour. All this is important because we live in NW Indiana.
At 1:30 our camper was still sitting in the same place we left it Sunday. When it finally went in, it took 2 1/2 hours because they prioritized new sales and moved them in front of us. Sebastian knew this as I repeatedly informed him we had to go home Monday after the inspection, an 11 hour drive. The inspection was finally done at 4:00pm.
This company may treat you well when you are purchasing, but not well otherwise. This delay caused us to incure a hotel bill and the need to cancel and reschedule a very important doctor appointment.
In addition, if you plan on selling your rig back to Camping World, they will give you less than 1/2 of what it is worth. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!

Purchased remotely from Florida. The salesman, Garrett was excellent. All promises were kept, photos and videos of travel trailer were accurate. We were very happy with the process. The business manager Chris was great as well. I enjoyed working with them both. The rest of the staff that assisted with our delivery were very helpful. I would recommend this business based upon my experience.

My husband and I purchased a 5th wheel from Camping World in Lowell Ar and thanks to our salesman Trevor Austin this purchase was one of the most amazing purchase we have ever made when shopping for a camper. We cannot say enough about this young man. He was very knowledgeable about every camper we looked at there. He was the kind of person who made you feel at ease.
If we ever buy another camper Trevor is definitely the salesperson I will work with!!!
I definitely rate this young man as a 5 star salesman!!!!
