The owner and all of the employees that work there are very educated in the computer field. I have used them many times, and have sent my friends to them. A very reasonable and friendly place to visit.

My wife’s laptop went out two days before she could submit her 15 page college paper that is all that stands between her and her degree. They called me, asked me what I needed from it, and told me to swing by to get it so she could graduate. Every time I talked to someone there, they were nice, genuine, and extremely helpful.

They do free inspections to see what is wrong with your computer, but they don't seem to care enough to actually look at it. They told me that the motherboard, SATA cables, and hard drive were damaged and I would have to get a whole new PC. I was very surprised by this, so I opened it myself and looked at it again more closely only to discover that a new hard drive was all I needed. Bought a new one and it works fine now.

Either they didn't know what the problem actually was, or they intentionally lied to try to get me to buy a new PC from them. I honestly don't know which of those would be worse for a computer repair company.

I have used PC Doc many times and so have friends and family. They've always been efficient and got the job done. They have fixed all of my PCs and thankfully it's never been anything very expensive. I will keep using them until something changes. One thing to keep in mind is that some of the staff and owner are of a different culture than the American culture. So differences in culture don't always mean rudeness, it's just a different way of social interaction that you may not be used to. Don't get your panties in a twist?

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! They tried to keep my laptop, said that we told them we wanted it fixed which we did not agree to it! Owner threatened to throw the laptop away!!! They fixed it anyways and charged us for it! They do what THEY want! Not what the customers want! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
