Hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. They have zero customer service and absolutely no regard for the customers wishes. I am forced to pay for their services because they're the only thing in town however they can't do anything that they're asked to do I've been requesting a replacement for the broken dumpster that I have in my location for 2 months and still do not have a replacement. Every time I call they tell me they have already replaced it. I have got in trouble by the business I work for several time this is unacceptable.

Well about 6 months ago the wife and I started a business and we had to have a dumpster for trash. I reached out to Repulic Services and they sent a very professional rep. Out to see us and discussed all of the options that would be most appropriate for our business. They are in and out like ninjas, Bobby is our rep, so if you need anything ask for Bobby .

They pick up the trash and bill you but will not answer the phone for problem resolution. No bulk pickup at all. They are contracted by the county and we have no other choice so they just don't care about customer service. One of their trash cans from the post office was run over and drug a quarter mile and left scattered in pieces along the road in front of my property and it is still there after three weeks and multiple calls (waiting on hold about an hour each time for them to pick up). After finally talking to a rep for the third time they refused to clean it up.
