We contracted JM Roofing Innovations and Construction for an interior room remodel. We had them convert an open, formal dining room into a home office space by closing off one opening and adding French doors to the other. We are extremely happy with the results!

Arturo and his crew worked quickly, cleanly, and with a high attention to detail! Amanda kept us updated through the entire process and made sure all of our questions were answered promptly! We will be considering them for future projects and I would highly recommend. The pictures don’t do it justice, but we love it! ?

Thank you to the entire team at JM for an outstanding job. Ashley did a great job resolving any concerns we had. Juan managed the project and ensured all the various skilled labor was completed professionally and to our liking. Justin for always ensuring the right material was delivered and resolved any issues promptly. Arturo’s detailed work on the exterior siding, trim and soffits was outstanding. Thank you Jane and Joy for helping and guiding us through this addition to our home and for a job well done. Would definitely use JM in the future and recommend to others.

Great professional service, Jane and Ashley were very helpful and informative in leading the way to understanding the insurance claims, how to read them and suggest the right repairs. They were in constant communication with us with updates and time lines. The vinyl siding specialist were very professional, hard workers . They literally worked from sun up to sun down in the freezing cold weather. Our house looks brand new , we are very pleased!! The next renovation project, we will definitely call JM!

After a pipe burst in our home, they worked with us to get everything restored as quickly as possible. In addition to replacing all the flooring, a few walls and base-boarding- they also took on a small, separate, project of updating the bathroom. I’m a very particular and detail oriented person. As such, I’ve had several negative experiences with other contractors in NWA. But everyone at JM did an outstanding job, even by my standards! We really appreciated everyone’s attention to detail and their willingness to educate us on their processes with kindness and transparency. They placed care and attention on the planning and communication process right at the start and that made a positive difference during the work itself. We will be calling them again for future projects and highly recommend anyone else to give them a call as well!

Do NOT use these people, they have no ideal what they are doing and we had to rework almost everything they did, then they took pictures and tried to take credit for the work we did. Disorganized and lousy work ethics. Save yourself the headaches, and use someone else!

It has been a pleasure to work with Amanda, Jane, Joy, Luis and Hemi. They take pride in in thier work and strive for excellence. I had stress fractures in my ceiling, Joy educated me about everything that needed to be done and why. The work was completed on time, within budget and clean up was exceptional. Definitely a company to trust.
