This is a very unprofessional agency. I applied for a Project Manager roll that was posted on LinkedIn Kyle ( no last name ever given ) reached out via a phone call. The incoming call had an area code from California . When I answered the phone Kyle explained he had just relocated from California to Dallas Tx. Besides the technical experience ( which I had over 12 years experience doing the exact roll ) The customer needed the candidate to live in the CST time zone. Not only do I live in the CST time zone, I live 10 miles from one of the customers main office in Tulsa OK. Kyle was impressed with my resume and the short interview that I had and was going to have the Insight Global Account Manager call me at 9:00 AM CST to discus my resume and experience. At 9:15 AM CST with Kelsey ( Insight Global Account manager called, she call from a coffee shop and the people in he Coffee shop were over powering her and I could barley comprehend what she was saying. Kelsey moved to what I assume was the ladies restroom so I could hear her. But now she sounded l like she was in a Ten Can and she was talking so fast It was hard to keep up with her conversation with the echo and the speed at which she was talking. We were able to struggle through my resume and experience even with the communications difficulties. Kelsey was going to reach back out the following Monday and set up a couple of zoom call interviews with the customer. I never heard back from Kelsey or Kyle after that. I've called them both back a couple of times neither have returned my calls. Another unprofessional point to this enter reaction with Kyle and Kelsey, neither have a professional greeting on their cell phones giving a first and last name and the company name. Like Others I have also been ghosted by these two. A very unprofessional encounter with these two and the company they represent
