Todd has done several jobs for me over the last 6 months. He has moved files, created file sharing, helped me find the best new laptop I needed and set up remote desktop through AT&T using the same port for TV that is the rdp port. He helped me get the work around so I for sure will be able to connect to my business computer when I take a vacation next month. He works on problems and gets the job done. I will definitely refer him to others.

Todd did an excellent job restoring my old Toshiba laptop to its original speed and functions. He took contral of the device using Team Viewer and rectified many problems; it is now running smoothly and quickly. All my documents and video files remain intact.
He called me in the UK at the precise time we arranged. With my permission he took control of my device using Team Viewer. he talked me throughout to discuss what he was doing and at times asked for my preferences and offered me choices with clear explanations.
Todd updated Windows requirements, installed anti-virus and anti-malware software,
Also, he connected a printer and showed me how to install the ink cartridges.
I'm very happy with his professional service and amazed at how little he charged.
