My service was going in and out when I was making calls. I went to this store and Cody helped me do a reset and now it is working perfectly. I only wish Verizon had senior citizen plans to make the bill cheaper but Cody said he,ll call me when Verizon releases them all for us.

We arrived expecting a tedious and arduous experience. We were met by Jordan. She easily put in a new purchase for my wife's S22. She did such an awesome job, I asked off the cuff about upgrading my S21. Long story short: my wife and I both left with brand new phones and covers. Verizon would do well to recognize her custmore service and expertise!

I told the man here that I want everything set up on my new phone so that I don’t have to worry about anything. And it was done with ease… for him at least. What took him 15 minutes or so would have taken me 3 hours I’m sure. Extremely grateful for this and I’m on my way out with a new And up to date phone finally.

Do not download the Murphy Drive app for your phone. It was constantly messing with my new phone's settings and I had to delete it to fix it. Not worth the small benefits of the app, if any, to deal with my phone messing up. Thanks to the representatives at this store, my phone works perfectly now.
