I had my tj harness done for the 5.7 hemi and 545rfe. I’ve had it on the vehicle for several years and jeep running and driving for a short amount of time maybe 2-300 miles. I’ve had a few issue that were caused by me. Making the jeep not run. I have called and emailed. Every time getting response back fast and helpful. Chris is awesome even though I was a customer maybe 5 years ago he is still willing to help anytime I have a question about wiring. Quality harness. Amazing customer service.

I have been dealing with Hot Wire Auto for over half a decade and I can that, in my experience, that are by far the leaders in their industry. Myself and my employer have spent a good chunk of change with Hot Wire and the product is always exactly what we need and always shows up when it is supposed to. In an industry where it can be hard to get a person on the phone, Hot Wire stands apart from the rest. I have never got an answering machine (during business hours) and as busy as Chris is, he always picks up my call or calls me back as soon as he can. I have in the past, and will continue in the future, to refer Chris, Linda, and Tony to everyone I know looking for a custom harness, custom programming, or advice on their engine swap.

Difficult to rate. Had a bad first experience with the company. Basically, a process that was told "should" take 1 month has been stretched to 4 months. Wiring harness came out great and looks well put together. Sadly I won't know if it works as I never received my computer back and am out my money, computer, and stuck with a harness that is no good to me. That being said, Linda was easy to speak to and straight forward which I wish they were able to tell me originally when I asked if they could do what they said. Waste of $1,570.00 in my opinion as I'm still stuck without a running motor and now am missing my computer along with it.

They built a harness for a 3.5 ecoboost with a 10r80 fit like a glove. Only problem I had with it is the brake light fuse liked to not make contact in the holder. Easy fix. Great job guys.

Chris answers right away he knows what he is doing he built a hemi harness and initial start up was a charm and still going highly recommend don't go with people that once they get your money...they are gone
