Mixed reviews. Main guy was nice, cool. But his partner is a weirdo. They recommended 2 or 3 plumbers. 1 quoted me out of the ballpark, guy who recommended them said so himself. The other plumber didn't honor their appt and they again no call no showed me. And when AL Restoration took out the flooring and stuff, they put my bathroom mirror in my sons room on the floor without telling me. My son is 3 and he stepped on the mirror not knowing what it was and broke it. He could've been seriously seriously injured. They were only worried about "it wasn't broken when we put it there". Should be paying for that.

In June my roof blew off at 6 o’clock in the evening by 7 o’clock Alex and his team was there starting to dry out my floors. They also pulled up the floor upstairs and removed the wet insulation and sheet rock. I was able to save my hardwood floors. They have the tools and know how to do the job.

Alabama Restoration agreed to remove water from my house when I had water damage, but then never showed up and did the job. After waiting for them to arrive and begin work for several hours I was notified that they were declining the job, even though they had had accepted the job earlier that morning and I was relying on them for an emergency clean up. I would choose someone else if I were you.
