If you're looking for a storage unit in pea ridge, definitely go here! They are such good people! We got robbed at the it'll Do One but We have never had issues here and billy is the best! They were so helpful when we moved out and helped my friend get into hers fast for a good deal!

I can’t say enough good things about this facility and management. We are liquidating and moving out of state and Cody has been so helpful and available for us. Coming from Dallas (doesn’t happen these days). The facility is very clean, secure and well lit. We will be getting a second storage now! (p.s. people please be mindful and not completely block drives with multiple vehicles and not offer to move them so we can pass! So rude and inconsiderate).

My first time using a storage unit. Easy sign up and great service by the staff. Cody explained all of the terms easily and plainly. Property has plenty of room to turn around if you have a trailer or big Uhaul.

I was very pleased with the customer service I received. My current unit in Rogers was damaged from tornado winds. Billy was the previous manager at the Rogers storage unit and I had always received wonderful service from him. Billy was able to help me get into a new unit at the Pea Ridge facility within 24 hours. Thank you so much, Billy!

Second time moving out of a storage unit at this facility and the manager was extremely helpful. We live a few hours away and he was able to handle on-site items we had remotely to make our transition out of the storage unit seamless. Highly recommend.

We rented a unit but never moved anything in. After being autobilled for three months, we realized that we didn't have time right now to move in our stuff. I called and said we wanted to cancel our unit. The manager told us he would make sure we weren't billed for the next month (which was just in a day or so). My husband came that night to remove the lock on our unit. The autobill for the next month went through. We called and were told it would be refunded. I kept checking my cc, and it never was so we called multiple times, left voice mails, and we can never reach anyone and no one calls us back. Just a really frustrating experience. The months we paid for while not moving in was our fault. But, that last $95 we got charged, should have been refunded. We were first told it would not be charged, and then told it would be refunded and we never got it back. Plus, we can never get a hold of a real person when calling. We just gave up. On a side note, when we were looking to rent a unit we were told there was a special deal (free month or something like that), but when we were finalizing everything and already renting, we were told "the system" wouldn't let that deal be applied. So... not a great experience here.

Billy was exceptional when booking our uhaul and helping us get the right storage for my family. His proces are definitely the best around!! (I called all over rogers and Bentonville) the units are clean and spacious! I felt safe when unloading at night. Definitely recommend free freeup storage for your needs!
