I got a new computer guy! ? Swapped out the tower for me, installed Windows, cleaned/moved parts, added WiFi/bluetooth card, and wiring looks good. I was updated throughout the whole process and he was willing/able to explain what needed to be done in layman’s terms for us non computer savvy folk such as myself.

Very knowledgeable of his craft, pays attention to detail, honest, and has quality work. Would highly recommend.

I rarely post reviews, but this time I just had to give Ryan kudos and thanks for his patience with this senior citizen who is not technically savvy. I have an older computer that I really don’t use that much. But I do have a lot of photos and documents that I need to keep safe. When I moved to a new location and recently tried to update this computer all hell broke loose. My Microsoft accounts were using my old email that I thought I had deleted a long time ago. I was very wrong .My printer also wasn’t working correctly and my files were a mess. I went online and tried to get help but that was futile because I didn’t understand a lot of the terms people were using. So using my trusty iPhone, which works perfectly, I went online and searched for technical support in my area. There are quite a few but they seemed to be more hardware specialists. And then I found Ryan, his reviews, overview and website. I called him immediately. He actually answered the phone and listened to me try to explain what was wrong with my computer. Two days later, he was at my house and solved quite a few serious problems with my PC and printer and then charged me a very fair rate considering he had to come to my house and the time he spent. I appreciated his help and kindness so much and am very happy that people like him still exist!

Ryan at R3CONFIG fixed my custom gaming computer very quickly. He had constant communication with me throughout the process. I think I have found my unicorn PC guy that I feel I can trust. I took my computer to 2 other shops in the area, and neither could figure out what the issue was. I plan to go to Ryan when I'm ready to get my next custom pc built. Thanks Ryan!!!
