Good luck trying to get ahold of this company if you have an issue or need to discuss something. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
9/11/2024 - STILL TRYING TO WITHDRAW FUNDS FROM OUR ACCOUNT. STILL CANNOT REACH OUT TO ANYONE REGARDING THIS MATTER - ALL CONTACTS ARE NO LONGER VALID NUMBERS OR EMAILS. IF YOU HAVE A VALID NUMBER FOR THIS COMPANY I WOULD APPRECIATE IT.

Worst company ever the customer support sucks response time is just out the window and they say they put a ticket in for a email of the info that is requested no email comes and its going on 5 weeks and 1 call every week and all they say is thank u for ur patience and we apologize and so the same Danm thing again just terrible all around and they will turn off the system when ever they want and access your system without informing you .

We have used Gas Pos for 2 years now and we’re very pleased with their service. Everyone in the tech support department is always very knowledgeable and helpful when I call. Any questions I have that aren’t tech related I can reach out to Tiffany at any time and get a prompt reply, even on a Sunday! It’s nice to know I don’t have to wait hours or days for a return email or call

The Gas Pos system is the easiest sytem I have ever trained on. When we are training new employees they are always quick to catch on. Tiffany Jones is our rep and responds to our texts almost immediately. It is great having her as our point of contact.

Gas pos is amazing! The system works great, but their customer service is even better! Sierra is always on top of everything and answering any questions I may have!
