A more accurate name would be TerribleStreet. It is impossible to talk to a live person. They say that requests and applications will be processed within 24 hours. It has been 6 days and still no response to a request for DOT employment verification.

I find the Tenstreet intell app to be very time consuming filling out for a trucking company. Should have so keep reapplying because this automate system should have auto saves points. 1 back browser even by mistake wipes the whole applicant clean and have to start over. The software is laid out very stupid and wastes peoples time. Where do I send my bill for wasting my time filling out your intellapp form? My time is just a valuable as the trucking companies time. Just ask the department of labor in the US government. You think this day in the age of computers you can have a save button to manual save your application spots and can use browser buttons just incase you hit your mouse browser forward and backwards buttons by accident. Or a pop up window comes up saying can't do that. Handy would be upload a pdf of resume for human resources personnel. But I can tell you got some over paid IT personnel that can't write software up very well. A high school kid can do better job of IT. Quit paying those foreigner's incompetent IT personnel to do a job. I will now longer reapply to another trucking company using this intellapp software to apply for a job. 3 hours of wasted time. Where do I send my bill for my time? Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The Tenstreet system itself is fantastic but their customer service has plenty of room for improvement. You can expect a very, very, very slow response if you need assistance with a problem. There are times where my response to opening a help ticket has taken more than a week! I also have help tickets in which I have never received a final response, they just close the ticket with no answer for you.

I have been using Tenstreet for years, From when the company I work with (Legend Transportation) had 200 trucks, up to now, where we have 1100+ trucks. They can help manage any size trucking company!!. It is the most efficient, effective, organized system for recruiting. They have multiple different ad sources that integrate with Tenstreet, they integrate with McLeod, and save time creating driver profiles. They track CPH, you always know what your budget is and can always take or add more to it! You have a TEAM of people that are as determined as you to become the best of the best. They work just as hard to make sure you get what you want, and will work around the clock to ensure success for you and your company. I have used other ATS, NONE of them come close to how productive Tenstreet is. Tenstreet is a one stop shop, and continues to grow, update, and add more amazing features to their program. keep it up TS!! I work closely with Tom Resz, and he is the most helpful, talented Tenstreet rep that I have worked with. He is BRILLIANT with the job store, advertising, and helps me navigate the program when I need help. I highly recommend this program if you are in the trucking industry.

You will not get anyone on the phone if you call. Every menu option just circles back to send an email. When you do send an email, all support answers just repeat the instructions already available on the app in the Support/FAQ. If your issue is something outside the scope of the FAQ, you are seriously SOL. Support is zero help. All they will do is just resend the premade instructions again from their first message.

I'm am a veteran driver. This business is nothing more the a business that ruins drivers lives. Say you choose to leave a bad co for a better one. The co will bad mouth you and then if you go somewhere that uses 10st you will have a black mark on file whether it's true or not. I refuse to ever work for anyone whom uses this business. I am aware of businesses that are more then unhappy with this business as well. One star is far to kind for this place.

I realized that the recruiter there used to work for Addison in Tulsa and that person was very unprofessional and immature. They had a completely lacking set of interpersonal skills. It was astounding that they now work for Ten Street. Not sure what the experience was for others, yet mine was absolutely negative.
