Wasted my time here. First no phone number, waited a long time for them to update it. Then my email took 2 weeks to go through. Then they said they could print 15 of my business labels (ones that have already been in use). After going over all the details in the shop, the proofs sent back to me were different from my design and they said they cannot do anything about it. Of course, David stated I was informed of these things in the office - I certainly was not or I would never have proceeded with the order. To add insult to injury, he put the blame on me for being too "critical" and not "happy" with anything AND insulted my artwork. Again, there was nothing wrong with my artwork, these are labels that have already been in production and the design is perfectly fine. Like most professionals these days, they lacked the competence to fulfil the request and were unwilling to simply admit it and say "we can't do the job" instead of always blaming the customer. But that would require a lot less ego. An apology would be way out of the realm of expectation. Community minded? I think not.
