I would say they leave an impression for sure, just not a good one. Consistently innacurate, rude and not qualified to cut anything with more than 4 cuts ...even then it is questionable. They will not tell you when they can't do something, nor do they offer solutions to their mistakes. Do not order from them unless it is photo copies.
