Scott replaced my old heat pump with a new unit. He responded promptly to all my requests, and did a good job installing the new unit. I’m pleased with his addition of 5 years free warranty labor coverage for any required repairs. If you live in Mena, Arkansas or nearby, I can recommend this company, it a veteran owned company providing good service.

Awesome heat and air guy. Did a new install on a house that had already been built. Other heat and air companies said it couldn't be done or wanted to charge 40% more than what Scott bid.

The warranty is the best I have seen.

I contacted Scott for an estimate on replacing a 28 year old ac and heating system. I received two other quotes from competitors in the area. After comparing each quote and exhausting research we decided on the American Standard brand. Apples to apples Scott had the best price and best equipment. We took his advice and went with a duel fuel heat pump system and upgraded AC. The installation was fast and professional, all steps were explained in detail and it was evident that Scott and team are true technicians. We have had the unit for a year now and I have saved 75% on propane costs due to the heat pump and 20 percent overall on our electric bill. Scott’s warranty beat the competition by a mile and he gives you priority service as a system owner. Scott and Co are the real deal and we could not be happier.

With 1 call Scott was here the same day .. Being a home owner he could have told me anything at any cost and I would not have known the difference ..He found a broke wire, Fixed it, and charged me accordingly.

Called Scott due to condenser fan not operating. He came out same day and replaced some broken parts and was very reasonable on price. I appreciate his honesty and fast response to my problem. I wont be using anyone else but him. Thanks Scott for your help!!!!
