Zach is not only a top notch mechanic he is a top notch guy!! I only take my vehicles to Zach because he is always honest, gets things done, gets them done at reasonable prices, communicates super well, and is great at working with our busy schedule. I cannot recommend Zach and Innovative Automotive enough!

I paid almost $75 for a diagnostic for my AC! He never told me what he found out and won’t return my calls said he would email me and I never did Receive an email I had to go to another technician to get my AC repaired. I should be refunded!

I’m terribly sorry for your father’s death. I will call for a reimbursement then. Thank you for help in this matter.

So I just spoke with Zach 7/16/2024 @ 4:30 pm. I was told if I took the post down he would refund me my money. Well I am to the point I don’t care about the money. I just don’t want anyone else to be taken advantage of like I was. First off it was not my ac Compressor. So I have gone a week without air because it was not Diagnoses correctly a week ago by this shop. I am sorry Zack lost his father but I can tell you it was not a week ago he lost his father. He also said my review would not Affect his business. I am not trying to affect anybody’s business. I just think people should be done right.because if he had done his job correctly he could have fixed it like the other shop did. You do to other as you want done to you and that to be honest and take care of your customers. I took my car up there on 7//10/2024

We were on a long trip and Innovative Automotive saved us when our car broke down! One garage told us they couldn't look at our car for 3 days. Innovative Automotive looked at our car that day, called to confirm and transported us to and from our hotel.

Next day we are driving.

I called innovative automotive and they got me super fast.. I needed my whole cooling system replaced. I dropped my car off Monday afternoon and by 830 the next morning they were calling me telling me it was ready! Everything is working perfect now.. they did an amazing job and Zachary is a super nice guy to work with.. will definitely be going back to them if I need help again!!
