Joe Kemp is honest and upfront with any situation. He will not sugarcoat anything. He is dependable and tells you like it is. If you need a lawyer to represent you then Joe Kemp is the person to contact. He told me what I needed to do and how to be prepared for my court date. If I had questions he would always answer them. Fantastic man. Best in the business.
