I’ve been having a little trouble with my cable links Internet and I called a few days ago and they reset the modem internally and said to let them know if I have any further problems. The next day, the problem happened again and I emailed their customer support. Within hours, I had a response saying that they had scheduled me for the next afternoon for repairs and were making sure that that time was convenient for me.

The repair man, Jeremiah Morrison, arrived on time, he was tidy, knowledgeable, and efficient. He found the problem and got it fixed, and my internet is faster than ever, now. Jeremiah was very professional and very helpful. Thanks so much for service well done, team!

We had Jeremiah Morrison come out as our technician. He was so friendly and very professional! He went above and beyond to assist us and fix the issues we were experiencing. He is quite knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I really wish I could give him more than 5 stars!!!

I’m very unhappy with my visit I had with the employee & the manager. I was informed that I could come down here & show any documentation of proof I’m emancipated. & if I did that they would be able to serve me WiFi well when I got there they told me different & said my marriage license is no proof of emancipation & it’s a requirement that I have to be 18. The policy of the rules obviously needs to change and people need to be very well educated when it comes to emancipation. They are other young adult out there who are also emancipated and we should be treated fairly as an adult would be treated! I’ve totally wasted my trip coming down there & will never consider getting set up WiFi services with them even if I become 18. I can see a lot of people coming up there with complaints about their WiFi getting cut off without any communication & over fee payments. I strongly suggest not get set up with any kind of service with them.

If I could give more stars I would! The customer service process from sign up to the tech service went above and beyond! Our tech, Jeremiah Morrison was great, he represented Resort TV very well! He made sure everything was in top working order and explained everything so that I understood.

Jeremiah Morrison/Trainee showed up to my residence to service an internet (WIFI) issue. They were quick to inquire about the specific issues that I was having with my service. They offered several possible solutions to what it might be then went to work. They worked the issue from the pole providing the service back to the house. It was impressive to say the least. If there is an issue in the future, I would request that either Jeremiah or his trainee be assigned to my issue.

Jeremiah Morrison deserves 10 million stars!!! He was patient with me getting my dogs aside and was very friendly, even let my social pups greet him ? previous tenants had a scheduled cut off of service, so before leaving he confirmed my service would not be interrupted and triple checked the connection was solid. Thank you, Jeremiah!!!

Beware of a card you might receive in the mail saying you are eligible for a free modem/router upgrade. The new equipment is a POS and was told I can't get my previous device, that worked fine, back. Wish I could enter a negative 5 star review.
