My Dell laptop stopped charging and I took it to Chandler. He told me to contact Dell because it was still under warranty and told me about the tech-to-home service they offer. He didn’t want to open it up and void my warranty in case it didn’t fix the issue. I called Dell and they’re sending someone tomorrow to replace the motherboard! I would not have known about this had it not been for Chandler’s excellent advice! Thank you so much and I will definitely recommend to anyone for honest, great customer service!

OK LET ME JUST SAY THIS IS THE BEST TECH STORE IVE EVER BOUGHT FROM!! I desperately needed a IPad for school and was looking everywhere from eBay and Craiglist for a trustable and appropriate price. I ended up being lucky enough to find this store even though I live several states away. I can’t thank the owner enough, they were extremely patient with all my nervous questions and sent pictures and made sure I had all my questions answered every step of the way.
