Tony, Noah, and the rest of the team insured I had an informed and streamlined process in receiving internet. Tony went over every detail and ensure I was getting exactly what I needed. TCW internet company has outstanding service! They added the internet to our house when they said they would- the day and correct time. And the scheduled time was very short, not weeks or a month out.
Moving on to the technician..his name is Taylor H. and he was so polite and also an expert at the install. He even gave a few tips to our son who is in IT and a computer savvy guy. With our old “Wind” company we had to wait weeks to make a repair appointment and it was frequently. Our son said the router that “Wind” gave us was bad. Anyway we are now former users of “Wind” and permanent users of TCW. The management knows how to run a company and hire great technicians.

Upgraded to fiber internet from wireless. We've had TCW service for a few years now and we like the the company. The upgrade installation was fast and easy, and all of our devices connected to the new service seamlessly. Our Tech, Taylor H., was knowledgeable courteous, and punctual.

Tony is the man! If you need any help he will stay with you until he answers all of your questions and makes sure everything is working properly and gets you comfortable with the new service. I switched from Optimum and was concerned about the changes but he assured me that he would walk me through everything and he did as he promised!

We recently switched from Windstream Kinetic to The Computer Works after they installed fiber internet in our neighborhood. Taylor did a great job on the install and stayed to ensure I had several devices connected to the new Wifi and was good to go. He even offered to help me connect my garage door opener to the wifi. My neighbors have enjoyed TCW, and we look forward to having better home internet.
