Day 2 of our Hillbilly Wireless internet being out. They sent someone out, apparently there was a part that needed to be spliced. Tell me why when my husband called the lady up there told him “well if it gets too dark he’ll have to come back tomorrow”? My husband literally told her he would hold the flash light for the guy. We pay about $75 a month for them to continue to make excuses as to why our internet doesn’t work for all this time, from the roads being grated to God knows what else, AND THEN tell us that we have to wait again another day for their technician to come out. Changed the story multiple times at that too. At first it was, the tech had to order the part to splice, then it was “he told me he was going to get the part and would have it fixed”. We’ve been with them for around two years or so and the entire time our internet had been in and out, we’ve had to reset it each time. We’ve been patient and understanding. Then when they switched us to fiber about a month ago, it’s been out about three times and resetting it doesn’t work now. They can’t give us a straight forward answer. Terrible customer service. Terrible company. Terrible internet service. I once again cannot work from home, this is the end of my pay period. Thanks for that Hillbilly. If I could give 0 stars I would.

We pay 61 a month for 100mbps upload and 100mbps download. We get 12 down, 5 down, and it drops randomly. Almost always. Skip Hillbilly Wireless. After 3 months of begging for fixes and them coming out, they still can't give us what we pay for, won't let you speak with higher ups, and the folks on the phone are straight up rude. They won't provide you the service you pay for. And then they will lie about conversations on the phone and whine that their feelings got hurt if you call them out on their service, or lack thereof, as it were.

Love my Fiber! We had some issues with service at first and they weren't hesitant to send someone out to troubleshoot it. Really enjoying it now!

I'm saying 4. They are very friendly and helpful. They may sometimes be down but they do their best to have it up and going again. Plus it's nice to pay over the phone and not be charged for it like everything else.

Havent had internet for 2 days have called 6 times no answer the voicebox is full and tried all 3 company options press 1,2,3. Same thing voicebox full and hangs up. Sent 2 emails to the support email on website no response to either and the 501 area code # is not in use that is listed on website. Have all receipts to contacting also. And I pay $10 extra a month for support service. Very disappointed customer.

Seeing alot of the reviews here, I can relate. However, as spotty as the service is at times these guys and gals do their best and i appreciate that. Theyre just doing their jobs, they dont make the rules. But anyway, living in the rural area im located in we constantly have storms coming in amd messing with the connection. Luckily have ive only had 2 or 3 complete outtages so no biggie. Currently on the pro package and im a heavy HEAVY gaming streamer and it operates as youd expect for the price which is great for me. Currently, literally the past 2 days ive been dealing with severe packet loss and spikes in down/up speeds. But it happens once or twice a month, and their always happy to jump right on it with whatever is the matter so thats why i give these guys and ladies 5 stars. It goes along way for me and im currently planning on upgrading. Cant wait for yall to have fiber out here on hwy 38 east in des arc near dixie! Peace out! Patrick Abrams

Service isn't reliable. Mine normally shuts off around 8. I am always having to call. It will slow down till it quits quite frequently. Customer service is usually pleasant.
Edit: Adding a point from 2 to 3. Internet is fixed with a new dish now. Will give it some time and if service stays good will add more stars.
