I can't believe how awesome of a job Juan did !! My PC was telling me it couldn't read the SSD and I assumed I should just replace it, but I wasn't sure. I didn't want to just buy another SSD and find out it was something else. Plus , I was certain Id be paying for another download of windows OS. I called around to a couple places and it seemed I was going to end up paying close to 500$... which is robbery considering I only wanted a diagnoses first or certainty I'd know what I was getting into with cost and repairs. Juan was certain he could fix my problem, knew the possibilities and assured me I wouldn't be getting anywhere close to 500$. I new SSD and install of windows cost me 200$. On top of that Juan made the inside clean and look brand new. This is my go to spot from now on if I have any future issues with my tech problems!!

Dishonest. Don’t wast your money. Just wasted $170. Kept my device for four weeks. Never told me what was wrong. What was wrong was covered by manufacturer warranty but they fixed it. Every time I came into the store they said the guy was out on vacation. They claimed they lost my number. Never told me what was actually wrong with the device. I asked to take it somewhere else and should have. But I kept getting the run around and lied too. Could have boiling a whole new device for what I was charged.

Had an excellent experience at Plaza Technologies & Javier.

My wife bought a PC online that wouldn’t turn on or give any indication of functioning properly.

Javier had it for less than 24 hours, back to us and working perfectly!

Never, ever again
Javier had my laptop for a week and a half, accomplished absolutely nothing useful, and charged me $100. Now I still have a laptop that won't power on and the warranty's voided, so I'll have to spend more money to fix what they couldn't.
You don't seem to be able to see the customer perspective that I gained absolutely nothing by visiting your shop. I'm actually worse off than when I came to you. That's an issue you need to work on.
I understand the issue with the DC jack, but you ordered the wrong part and just used a bead of solder that, once again, accomplished nothing.

My Dell laptop started having problems, I had seen the small car painted and advertising Computer & phone repairs on Sunset. I read reviews and took my laptop in later that afternoon.
Juan looked at it and said he could have it fixed the next day. He gave me a very reasonable price. I picked it up the next day, he told me that he had been unable to get into some of the programs, So he cleaned the programs off the hard drive and reinstalled the newest version of windows 10 with COA. My laptop is like a new computer and works perfect. The price was VERY reasonable. I would recommend Plaza Technology to anyone needing computer repair, and if looking for new computers. They sell new ones and the ones I saw were Very reasonable compared to the name brand big box stores. HIGHLY SATISFIED & SATISFIED. LARRY PLATT
