Very unsatisfied with this company, I have little to no email communication unless it is something they want from me. I have spent a lot of time and energy participating in their study with little to no respect, time, or energy in return.

i finally got thru after 2 days trying to talk to someone and the lady that answered the phone was so rude to me that she said that the Dr needs to do a referral which i stated they already did than she said well it takes 3-4 weeks before anyone would call me to make an appointment so i asked the lady how much this is going to cost me she said i am not aloud to discuss this with you and said that she couldn't give me the price not even. i told her mam the first lady i spoke to gave me a quote i just wanted to write it down at the time i couldnt so could you give me the prices again she goes $400 and up mame thats how much it would cost.. i would never take my son here nor tell any of my friends to go here if she talked to me like that think how they treat our kids. my son needs help but not from this institute i promise that. i will never let these people talk or even take a look at him this place is a joke
