Training of new users in back office seems to be very lacking. And the mobile functions for auto pay set up as a customer are not good at all. No ability for the office to help on the back end. They don’t have access to technical support so I’m told. Their CUSI PM is the only contact and not thorough. Just trying to set up auto pay has been a nightmare, and I’m not clueless. No option on the payment website to submit an issue to tech support or even a phone number for the customers ! Please assist pea ridge water department asap.
