I got great support from Justin. Very responsive to questions. I added some parts after the original order and he accommodated the change. When the parts arrived, one was superficially cracked due to the carrier. A new part was sent without asking as I was going to make due. Great support and communication!

Ribbit Network hired Hudson Creative Group to print 640 pieces for an outdoor electronics sensor. HCG was extremely fast with communication, and asked the right questions from the beginning. Using a recycled PETG filament was an important factor to us and HCG bent over backward to make it happen! Even though the deadline was very tight, HCG worked with us to produce the parts and ship them ASAP.

Small detailed obsolete parts made precisely from a SketchUp file. I will have a little cleanup work but less than I thought given the tolerances were down to 1/32 of an inch. Great job Hudson Group! Now my washing machine will have knobs.
