I was just given a tour by two very impressive students today Jan.2023. Great 3 year trades programs that not only teach trades, but integrity, faith leadership, and a strong work ethic. These students are sought after by companies across the U.S. and have multiple employment opportunities mid way through their programs. I am very impressed.

The best decision I have ever made in my life was to attend Williamson Trade School. I would highly recommend it to anybody who is thinking about going there. Without them I would not be where I am today nor the person that I am. The values that I learned there are irreplaceable and they made me a better person, husband, employee and member of society. With that being said the school is no walk in the park though. It requires hard work and dedication to graduate. The weeks consist of early mornings and late nights followed by short weekends off. But if you can make it through the rewards when you graduate will be plentiful. the job placement is near 100% and many students receive multiple job offers. The job fair alone each year attracts over 100 companies. In my opinion this is the greatest trade school in existence. When you go there you get a free education, fed three times a day, housing and even clothing if you need it. I don't know how anybody could look at that and think its a bad deal. It's an amazing deal that's what it is! 0W8

If I could give this school no stars I would. My son was at Williamson Trade He had gone to visit the school several times to make sure it was a right fit for him. He was excepted and so happy to go till he got there. While doing the tours they never tell you the truth about anything that goes on at the school. They treat all the students like prisoners they take the word of a teacher that lied numerous time and called my son a lair instead. You get written up and get points if you breath wrong look at a teacher the wrong way. When you get these points it is so they can keep you on the ground for the weekend to do chores cut grass it is slave labor. OH and get this they say they want to teach the boys to become honest respectful young men yet they let the upper class men throw their trays for breakfast and at the under class man, and if they go complain they get in trouble. Not doing a great job teaching them how to be respectful. The food is so bad my son could not keep anything down he was sick the whole time it became a health issue. They keep telling you that you are getting a $90,000 education for free and promise you jobs yet they don't tell you at what coast. My son was one of the lucky ones we lived close enough I could pick him up every weekend. He told me there are kids there that are so depressed all they do after class is sleep stay in their rooms and don't come out. As for their living arrangements there is no AC so in the dead of summer 100 degrees outside these boys shower and before they dry they are sweating. Yet the RA get AC they get daily inspections in their rooms if there is any dirt they get points and again stay on the grounds. While my son was there half his freshman class dropped out with in two weeks. They tell how great it is yet they don't tell you why they can't keep the kids in their college because it free $90,000 education anyone would be a foul to give that up right! Not in my book I was not leaving my son there to come out of college depressed and sick from not eating properly. Before you send you child here really read all the reviews This is by far the worst school

I Graduated from Williamson almost 20 yrs. Although the structure took a little getting used to and was not easy by any means, this School set me up for the rest of my life!! This School turns boys into men and prepares you for the REAL world. In my opinion one of the main problems with Society today is how Parents coddle there children. I would not be the man I am today with out my Williamson Education. Doors were opened to me that I would have never imagined without the Williamson Name at the top of my resume!! For any of the naysayers who left negative reviews YOU ARE CLEARLY MISINFORMED or you are one of those weak boys who dropped out and now have a chip on your shoulder. Ask any Man who has graduated from Williamson and I bet they would agree with every word I've written here.

My name is Gabriel Burnshaw i am a Horticulture graduate from the class of 2W1. Williamson was a love hate experience for me throughout the 3 years I attended. I enjoyed my shop, teachers, and the staff throughout my time there. Its super upsetting to me when I find out that due the my unvaccinated status im not aloud to attend any of the job fairs. I looked forward to returning to the school for this purpose and this is a big bummer.

Great place, Alot of good guys that I will consider friends for life. I really wanted to post this for Nicole Winter who posted a review on here. The lady has no clue what she speaks about. Her son sounds super soft and is part of the problem with society today, the little boy must be babied. Hazing is pretty much nonexistent, the food was actually pretty decent. I think Ms. Winter needs to understand that her son is the problem. The teachers aren't out to get your little boy. She sounds completely ridiculous. And if you get accepted (not excepted like Ms.Winter says) you do get an education that is in the range of $90,000 for basically nothing. Whether or not you make donations in the future is entirely up to you. Get over yourself lady, your little boy needs to man up. Also Andrew Jeffers review is 100% False. Everyone does indeed get cleaning detail, it's just if you are involved with sports you get some of them removed due to the time commitment the sports require. The Senior dorms are no better then the dorms. As a matter of fact, when the senior class graduates then their dorms now become next years freshman dorms. As you progress in Williamson you are given a little more freedom so of course the seniors have a little more leeway then freshman, it has nothing to do with favoritism. Basically all these people that want to type away and bash the school, just dont go there. They will be fine either way, with or without your kid. I know you think your little Johnny is in such high demand but sadly that's only in your head. 9w9

Williamson itself is a beautiful school but to the parents who only tour the property you only see what they want you to see. They show you the dorm rooms that seniors and juniors are given but dont walk you into the freshman houses. Entire planks of flooring are missing and they have next to know heating. And on more then one occasion they are infested with bedbugs. They don't mention how when you walk on the brick in front of the school if you walk 30 yards in front of the main steps you find the names of the people who died attending the school. Probably not one of their best selling points to tell the parents about. Most of the seniors are given all the freedom in the world to do what they want. From what i experienced they are given the mentality that they are older so they can say and treat the other students anyway they want. The main building bathrooms the students use are not fit to be in a gas station. The bathroom is 80% of the time littered with trash and the toilets are almost always unusable either from being clogged or from human filth. If your not playing one of their main sports, "either football or basketball" then you are given the cleaning assignments that those students are exempt from. One small thing i thought was funny is that you will be told this is "Adult Education" but you will be given hours for going to the bathroom in some classes or if you talk about leaving the school in some cases that makes you a target for seniors to harass you about it. The school is a great idea and i respect the school, But i will not respect allowing behavior from the upper class man to go unnoticed. They have great teachers, fully stocked shops with all the right material, and i wont lie a deploma from this school will get you a nice job. BUT YOU DONT NEED IT!! Their is more then one way to get a job in the career you want. Williamson is just one of them. But i couldn't see giving up three years of making my own decisions in life for a diploma from this place.
