Ashley T. Has been cutting and coloring my hair for months and she is wonderful. She mixed the perfect brownish/ reddish color which I get a ton of compliments on. She always does a great job cutting my hair too. She is very friendly and conversation with her is enjoyable as well.

Love the service every time I had a master stylist, which is a little price here, but it is worth it, but in the end, all of the stylists learn under the masters, so you’re gonna get the best service it is, is worth every single penny. I stand by this salon and his company.

Went last week for a consult with Ashley and scheduled my appt for over a week out to accommodate her schedule. I even took the day off. They cancelled today (not Covid because timings do not work out)...cancelled and did not offer another stylist immediately, just offered an appt for sometime next week. Not going back, and if you are looking, I'd suggest you keep looking. There are hundreds of other salons, someone has to have better service than this.

Edit: while I appreciate the response, I found another salon (Bishops) and received fantastic service and cut. I do want to clarify that you phoned once and texted about an hour before my appt. No one answers their phone anymore, especially deaf people (which your stylist knew and noted). Wish you the best, but my review stands as an accurate representation of my experience.

Brittany is absolutely the best stylist. I had an all-over color, foils and cut and she hit the color and cut right on the very first time!! Love, love, love my hair color and style. She really listens to what you want and works with you to get it just right. I have been to her twice now and will be back again. Thanks Brittany!!!

I came to this salon a few years ago when it was bigger and a classy and expensive place. Unfortunately I just got a haircut there and had a hilariously bad experience, lol. The stylist was obviously very young and very new, and I know it's tough to be the new person so I tried to have an open mind and very low expectations. But everything was so weird and uncomfortable, from the super awkward scalp "massage" during the shampoo, to the painful neck scraping razor, to a noticeable hair chunk cut out of the neck, to draping the cape too loosely and large clumps of hair falling down the back of my shirt, to her haphazardly blow-drying but not actually styling my hair before I left--no parting, brushing, products or anything.(!) I remember the days when I'd leave Aveda with a perfect blowout, taking selfies and strutting to my car like a model, but that was def not happening this time, lol. I left a big tip anyway because, like I said, I know it's tough to be new and everyone has to start somewhere, but I spent almost $100 on that haircut. I wish that young stylist well in her career, but next time I'll either insist upon a master stylist or go back to SuperCuts as I can get over a bad experience faster when it's only $30, lol

This business should not be called a spa. It is a hair salon. I went for brow and lip wax was taken to the shampoo area in the far back corner, towel under my neck for comfort “not” then the technician waxed me, while all the other clients were rinsed out or shampooed next to me. I commented that it must be difficult to see in the low light, that they should provide her with a magnifier light. The result missing part of one eyebrow which was even difficult to see in the low light. Had to tweeze at home to try to get all the stray hairs left behind. Will not return.

Called after I had a horrible experience at another salon where the stylist butchered my hair. Called them while in tears and they got me right in. Sat with Ashley. She did an amazing job correcting my hair. She was understanding and professional. She now has a customer for life and I will refer he to my friends. Will definitely go back. I want to say thank you so much for helping me.

First I would like to state that my customer service experience was great the lack of communication regarding price increase due to a bowl fee or being charged for a full foil when foil never touched my hair is what I have an issue with. I scheduled my appointment online with a girl who is fairly new to her trade. The cost for a root touch up clearly states $80.00 online and that is the rate I expected to pay or at least close to. I left feeling bad about the 210.00 bill I just paid and couldn't even enjoy my new hair. I contacted the salon the next day and was told the owner would call me and I haven't heard a word. So be very careful when scheduling an appointment and clarify the cost.
