I can't get Microsoft to help me with unlocking my email that allows me to gain access to my Microsoft Office account. I'm putting up with being told that they can't help me. The other chat for Microsoft wants $1 to either speak with a technician over the phone or in chat room. I'm thinking that Microsoft wants my payment. I'm thinking that these are lazy. The customer service stinks. Nobody that works for Microsoft cares.

Worst scamming company ever. You kicked me out of my MS account when I attempted to change our email. Now in order to get back in you automatically CUT OFF my use of all Microsoft products for 30 days. And after FOUR FREAKING hours on the chat with TWO non English speaking reps, I have to pay $9.99 to get back in to Office!! I paid for the full year!!!!

Annoying construction seemingly lasting forever! Difficulty scheduling any services. Frustrating! In addition, it's curious to me why 3 Beautiful Brand New multi million dollar structures, both inside and outside, which I have visited many times need such a complete restructuring. Nuff said...

I have been locked out of my email account so I created a second and now locked out of both. I couldn't find a phone number to speak with customer service for idk how long finally I did and they couldn't help me I tried again and spoke with another foreigner and they tried to get me to download a remote app that seemed weird so I asked how do I know your not trying to hack my account then he hangs up. Forget Microsoft never going through them again.

After researching extensively you Microsoft have done little to nothing to stop fraudulent debit/credit card activity its been years. One could say you help make fraud easier. Why would you ever make a deal with Visa that allows canceled credit cards charges still go through and it bills the victims new card, same customer, victimized again. Now we got Microsoft*Store, Microsoft*XBOX WA ect charges going on all year and customer service talks in circles and denies, won't even tell you the email used or what items where purchased or where they where sent to. That is my DATA even though a crook did it, he still impersonated me giving them all the my information to make my debit card work. I stoppwd using Microsoft a while ago. What is really hilarious is that Google is catching these frauds and stopping them as best they can. You invented the modern PC operating system and webbrowser but can't catch fraud, but a search engine can. Lol, I'll be deleting the one Microsoft thing I still have and it's an Email address that is typically only used for when I forget a password. SickofCorruptIntrnet

Lovely office with tons of meeting room. It does have a deck in the corner with great views. Parking can be validated. You do need a MS blue badge to give you room

Microsoft is trash. The products are poorly designed and attempting to get support is noticeably less pleasant than stabbing your eyes out with a fork and knife for the rest of eternity.
