I recently purchased a two-pack of GFI notify smart plugs and have been extremely impressed with both the product and the customer service. The plugs were easy to set up and have been working flawlessly since I installed them.

But what really sets the GFI notify apart is the superb customer service. I had a small issue with logging into the site that administers the plugs and reached out to the support guy. He responded promptly and was able to resolve my issue quickly.

Purchased these to monitor two GFI outlets in the basement. Installation was straightforward (read all the directions). They work as advertised and I get alerts a few minutes after the power goes out. They do require that you shut off your 5G wireless during the install - it can then be put back on. So make sure you understand how to do that. Great product at a great price - exactly what I needed.

Purchased this product for our motorhome. As we have a residential refrigerator onboard it is important to know if we lose power. Had to call George during setup and he was very helpful. Got both sensors working so now I am notified if I lose my 120 volt power and/or if I lose power to the refrigerator. The wife is very happy....

What a neat little gadget! I put two on my boat to monitor conditions when I am not there and the boat is plugged into shore power. One device is plugged into an outlet directly connected to shore power, the other one I put on an outlet that is powered by the inverter. When shore power fails I am notified within a few minutes. The inverter then kicks in and provides power until shore power is restored ... if I get an alert from the second device in means the batteries are drained!

Units work great. Shipped and arrived quickly, instructions were very clear. These units are a fantastic and easy way to monitor a few particular troublesome outlets: one for my garage chest freezer and one for my utility closet. Both of those circuits trip pretty easily and knowing if one goes out is great. And when they both go out I know my power is out which is a nice added benefit.

Might be a niche in the market but I am so glad I found GFI Notify.
I have had my garage freezer lose power before and lost a lot. Now I don't even worry about it and my refrigerator is protected too. Great product!
