JAYE! Remember this name when you need help. Jaye was the original person who initially helped me sign up for OTR clutch card. I had a big issue and was stuck in a different state for two days. After calling and calling and not receiving any help or answers. I remembered the name JAYE and it was stored in my phone. I called her and within a few minutes she was able to perform and think of my only option and it worked. It was way out of her way but she did it anyway. Jaye, my family and i appreciate you to the ends of the world.

I believe OTR has over charged me by not disclosing the effective rate. …After pointing out lack of clarity of charging a process “junk fee’” such as charging ACH fee to put money into my bank .

This can greatly affect the “effective interest rate “ you pay !

Shame on OTR . I would have been happy to mitigate w a release of service agreement.

IMO .. A prudent compromise… Please avoid this company!
