Not a good company to work for. Vijay singh, Steve Guthrie and Donna Jackson make unrealistic expectations from employees and expect people to work over time everyday (16+ hours). No wonder the company is bankrupt and going downhill under their leadership. Stay away from Pegasus. All the positive reviews are from people who got forced to write these reviews so they can keep their jobs.

Very bad experience. Worked with Steve Guthrie and Vijay singh and ended up leaving in 2 days. Got Negative vibes from the managers. They look down on employees. I was asked to work during day and night shifts without being compensated. They should be reported to Labor Department.

Take notice of the negative comments here regarding the leadership and working conditions at Pegasus. You will have absolutely zero job security - the place is a revolving door. Hard to imagine how they keep the lights on.
