This is an absolute no brainer for medium to large size businesses to replace old VoiP / PBX phone systems, had a dedicated account manager to make sure ports went smoothly and every configuration was setup BEFORE launch to minimize disruption. Online portal is very user friendly. Highly recommend Nextiva if you are looking for a cloud-hosted VoiP solution!

Terrible experience! Think Twice before using NEXTIVA! Customers are treated unprofessional upon exit and they make the process of porting numbers extremely difficult. After we were finally able to complete the transition to a new company- multiple people were involved upon the exit and notified of termination, including dates and emails. If the numbers are ported over - they know you should not be automatically signed up to continue the contract, however, they continued to automatically charge my credit card for MONTHS. Terrifying treatment to be honest. Scary that companies try to get away with this. I even spoke with them asking about the end of my contract BEFORE porting numbers so that we could time things well and there are so many opportunities to see the efforts made on our end. This company prioritizes profits over customer service. Longevity means nothing. I was with this company for 5 years. I am still being charged. I am so disappointed in Nextiva NOT doing the right thing and not treating a customer right. Sometimes a company is too large to care about customers. That is the very sad case here. Without a return of the money I did not provide authorization to charge past termination date- I will never recommend or use this company again.

Do NOT use Nextiva. I tried canceling for 6 months and they still billed my credit card. My phone number with them was constantly going to voice mail and/or just getting a dial tone. “Tech support” acknowledge it was on their end and “fixed” it but it kept happening. I was promised call back from support, never happened. I called once a week and was told there was “no record of my calls”. Nextiva is a scam. Stay away from them.

I’ve been using Nextiva for about 10 years with multiple companies that we own. I can honestly say that this is one of the best companies we’ve dealt with kind of on the level with something like Disney where they care about the customer they go out of their way to make modifications without charging us their operation cost of very reasonable actually, we find it inexpensive and I would recommend them to anybody their support team couldn’t be better
