So let down by this company. I don't usually leave reviews but I am so upset by their service, or lack thereof. Really the only word that comes to mind is arrogant and unprofessional. This is the type of experience that really makes you feel unappreciated and helpless.

Do not use them. They broke my washer worst than it was. Now I can't even afford to fix it. They avoided me for a week knowing their service tech messed up. I'm going to have to hire an attorney. I'm a disabled veteran and can't afford the mistake they made. 1 star because I had to.

So, I had my washer looked at. Apparently all it was was dirt and debris under it causing the noise we were worried about UGH 100 dollars for them just to take a look is steep but they can charge what they want.
They gave us a time frame of 10am-2pm and when I called to ask if they could narrow it down since it was around noon at the time- she said she couldn't even reach him by phone so that was a bit odd.

I will say getting an appointment was quick so that was a plus and the guy was nice even with all the commotion of our dogs barking.

We had been without a working dryer for a week. After being treated very poorly by another well known service company in the area, Ricky offered to come out on New Year's Day. He had our dryer apart, fixed, and back together again in less than an hour. We are new to the area and recommend Digital Warrior to everyone that needs help with their appliances. The pricing was very reasonable as well.

I called and set up appointment, Becky called back and said they had a cancelation in our area and okay if they came over. Tyrone was there in about 20 minutes, I described issue and he knew exactly what it was. Had it fixed and also replaced the vent hose and was done in about 40 minutes. Excellent and knowledgeable, Highly recommend them

They came to our home and replaced the part that went bad on our dryer the next day I called them. The Service Tech was very polite and knowledgeable. He even replaced a different part on our washer that was old without making us schedule another appointment to get it replaced. They are fairly priced on their parts as well. Will definately be using them in the future.
