Poor and slow customer service , really poor and outdated interface. They tried to release a v2 a few months ago that had clearly not been tested and was so buggy that they rolled it back to the previous version and hadn't done anything since. This was after making all the sellers and users switch to the new system. Zero care that they were affecting people's livelihoods. Garbage
