We got Valerie’s (Val) (from Guideway Legal Document & Mediation Services) reference from a friend who had a good experience with her for estate planning.
Val helped get our Living Trust done in a timely fashion. Val was ready to spend as much time required to discuss our requirements and answer all our questions/concerns.
I found their workbook very helpful to outline our requirements, and be well prepared before documenting the trust.
Val always responded promptly without much back-n-forth, since she would understand our questions quickly.
We liked her step-wise approach starting from our desired package selection, all the way till finalizing the trust.
We also liked how Guideway packaged all the signed document in a nice and well labeled binder.
I would highly recommend Val/Guideway for your estate planning needs.

My mom worked with Val at the Pleasanton office for deed transfer and an affidavit of death. We had a lot of paperwork to deal after my father passed away, and Val was very helpful in getting our estate sorted out. Our issues were figured out in a very timely manner and she communicated clearly over email and in person. Valerie was amazing to partner with in such a stressful and confusing time.
