This is the worst I have it at my bossiness and its the worst! I am here again with out music, and they will call me in 24 to 48 hours to assist. Great a gym with out music. The WORST

Just garbage. Music that’s good isn’t available, any playlist based off of a certain artist or song, said playlist doesn’t even play music related to or even close to the artist/song it’s based off of. Songs that repeatedly get bad ratings play like they get good ratings. Thumbs up songs rarely play. Did you guys find your IT department in a Cracker Jack box? Don’t waste your money.

Not recommended at all!
So expensive, so much issues, you can't choose music, very bad service support.
In my business, Rockbot stop playing music every single night around midnight, and it won't play back until I will turn it on. Meaning, 10 hours a day have no music in my gym. Do you think they trying to fix it? So it's almost 2 months this issue and nobody cares.
In the weekend, from Friday around midnight until Monday, have no music. Do you think someone cares? Don't waste your time and money!

We use Rockbot at my work and we really enjoy it. We do get lots of comments on how different the music range is throughout the day. The only issue we have with it is if we "thumbs down" a song, it doesn't take that into consideration and it still plays each day like normal. I do also feel like we hear the same songs every single day.

I talked to a rockbot technician about rockbot not working at my local gym. He informed me that Rockbot was being taken offline at my local gym, and he told me that it was basically being disabled by an employee of Planet Fitness (Renton location)
but there is nothing he could do about it, but he did say there was nothing wrong with rockbott, and it was working just fine when not being disabled by an employee who would rather play YouTube videos. The technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to make sure that rockbot was working ok.
I still think he could have reached out to Planet Fitness to make sure that their products were working okay in that location.

I've been working at planet fitness they have Rock bot so I downloaded the app I see they're very selective on what you can play there's no blues music there's no jazz there's very little rock and roll there's lots of rolling Stones but there's no Beatles, Beach boys, eagles, kinks, Chuck Berry & many others. Lots of people complain about rock bot they always play the same old songs they play a lot of mainstream new pop music that's artificial

Apparently I was picking usernames that were already taken, but BAD usability on the app interface for just constantly loading with the buffer symbol instead of having an error message. I then signed up using safari, but you can’t sign up as an individual on safari, you can only do that through the app. Not a fan.

Rockbot is awesome, I love how I can so easily pick a song, and vote on others playing. That aspect is really cool, makes it feel like a game and gets me into being at the bar. It's way better than other jukebox apps I've tried, and so much easier than an actual old school jukebox.
