This spot delivers fantastic traditional espresso drinks, but what really sets it apart are the flavored creations made with in-house syrups. I just had the White Mocha Cherry, and it was phenomenal. The foam was dusted with vanilla-infused sugar and torched to form a delicate crème brûlée crust, topped with a super fancy cherry. I’m not usually a fan of cherry flavors, but the balance of vanilla, white chocolate, and cherry was absolutely spot-on.

Edit: just had the lemon bar and Mexican mocha. You can’t go wrong.

This place takes you on a flavor journey with a caffeinated beverage hero named Neil. We went both mornings we were in town and tried pistachio lavender, white mocha cherry, matcha, mocha, and crème brûlée, some hot and some iced. The quality of the drinks and the ingredients and care that goes into each of them is art. Neil is a craftsman and we enjoyed watching him whip up these drinks and chatting with him. My teen and preteen daughters were both impressed which isn’t an easy feat. We will be back next time we are in the SLO area. Thank you Neil!

Such a cute spot tucked in a surf shop! Barista was super friendly and kind. Coffee was really impressive with a specialty menu that was very unique. I enjoyed the lavender sage latte.

This was such an unexpected experience. I was looking for good coffee and this popped up, I walked in and it was a surf shop, so it through me off but the guy running the barista area ( forgetting his name) was so welcoming and while he was making drinks for customers ahead of me, engaged with me, and told me he’d be right with me and to check out the menu while I I waited (top tier customer service here, made me feel seen and therefore I was patient).

My friend got the smoked whisky americano and I got the sage latte, both amazing, and honestly crazy how the price was good! I’d come back again.

If you’re looking for a coffee experience that feels like a masterfully crafted cocktail, look no further. This place is a true gem where each cup feels like it was carefully mixed and measured like an artisanal drink. The coffee is rich, complex, and perfectly balanced—a blend that speaks to those who appreciate the art of brewing as much as they do the art of mixology. The menu is a refreshing departure from the usual, with innovative concoctions that keep you coming back to try more. If you’re a coffee lover and appreciate a creative twist, this spot is an absolute must-visit. A full five out of five—flawless in every sense!

So fun! Loved the whole experience of watching our drinks being made. The secret menu has some amazing drinks that were flavored perfectly - especially loved the chocolate covered pretzel latte and the brûlée cappuccino.

Super friendly with lots of delicious lattes! I’m not a huge coffee person, but I love my cinnamon latte. My SO who’s the bigger coffee drinker also loves his crème brûlée latte. Such a sweet spot to check out during our way home.
