We stayed in a fantastic condo in Pismo Beach, just a block from the beach and with spectacular views. The condo was clean, well-equipped, comfortable, and easy to access. Beach Bum was great to work with!

We had a great time staying in Pismo Beach at our rental. Despite being located right on Hwy 1/Dolliver Street, we couldn't hear any car noise and slept like babies. We walked to the beach every day with our surfboards and enjoyed our three night stay. Beach Bum was so kind and called us during the stay to make sure that everything was going well and if we had any concerns or needs. Late night key pickup worked super easily as did the key return. We will definitely stay there again or find another location with Beach Bum.

Came up for the Jubilee By the Sea Jazz Festival and had a wonderful stay at one of the condos near the beach. The staff was very helpful and had everything ready when we checked in. The condo was well appointed and had most everything we needed for the trip. My family likes to be at home for breakfast and coffee and they had everything we needed for that. The rooms were comfortable and well decorated. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms. They even provided shampoo and soap. I will be looking to reserve this condo again next year for the Jazz festival. Another nice things was that is was a dog friendly condo which is great for us since we take our dog everywhere with us.

We LOVED our experience with Beach Bum Holiday Rentals. We stayed in the cutest condo in Pismo. It was clean, well equipped, and the company was so helpful & friendly. Next time we visit Pismo, no need for us to look anywhere else...we will absolutely be booking with Beach Bum.

Be very careful. making long story short, this company promised us to refund our first night because of the evacuation notice we had, and later after few days called us and said we can not, due to misunderstanding! I told them I had 8 other people listened and witnessed what they told us and now they are lying that this was a misunderstanding! Also the property they gave us was in a very bad conditions, beds were perhaps 20+ years old and none of us could sleep on most beds. the bbq was also in a very unsafe condition, half of the rack although spilling gas, did not turn on, so we could not use it properly! bad company! bad company! bad company! use airbnb instead, at least they have decent people and a big company to respond!

Beach Bum took great care of us. Our stay at 269 Wadsworth was awesome. From easy key pickup to a spotless condo, we were very satisfied. Couldn't ask for a better location next to the beach! The condo had all we needed - new beds, well-stocked kitchen, garage for easy parking!

The team at Beach Bum was extremely professional and friendly. We had never been to Pismo and the office staff gave us some great suggestions for places to eat. The townhouse that we rented was awesome. Newer townhouse and everything worked great. The roof top deck was great for evening meals and relaxing at night after a long day at the beach or riding ATVs at the dunes. Lots of towels and everything we needed. We will definitely use them again the next time we go to Pismo.

Cute, clean place with extra towels provided if needed. Lots of space. Two bathrooms, two bedrooms. Some boardgames available. The two beds in one of the rooms were a bit on the smaller side to fit two grown adults... so one person ended up sleeping on the couch (we had 5 total adults). I think we could have fit that person in, but it would have been a bit squishy. It was a bit hard to discern where to park since there was an RV parked and few garages that we didn't have access to. And then there was some signage to not block parking. lt was a bit confusing, so we called customer service, but they didn't have any knowledge about our particular abnb location. We ended up just parking and hoping for the best. Some clear directions and signage would have helped a lot.
