I had two bridesmaid dresses altered for my friends’ weddings and both times dresses fit me beautifully! The owner is very pleasant and skillful at what she does. Prices are also reasonable so I drive all the way here to get my alteration done even though I live in San Luis Obispo. This time, I’m getting my husband’s suit jacket altered. Overall, we love this place and definitely recommend it.

I've been here a few times to get some of my most valuable clothes cleaned and they have always done an amazing job. I recently bought my wedding dress in to get preserved, which had a big rip in it and they fixed it amazingly!!! It has intricate lace that was ripped, and the fact that they fixed it without me hardly being able to notice that there was ever a rip really impressed me.

I dropped off a down comforter to be cleaned. Came to pick it up 5 days later. It wasn't ready. They told me that they would call when it was ready. They never did. 2 weeks later I came by picked it up and they hit me with an upcharge. Comparatively expensive. Very poor communication.

awful customer service! I am now willing to travel a much a longer distance to go to ANY other place other than this for dry cleaning of any sort! I was told that my alterations and dry cleaning would be ready on a Monday... end up stopping by on Tues around 11am to pick up as promised JUST to be told to return “around 5:00” to pick up. I stop by a second time at 415pm and was asked again to come back to pick up “closer to closing time.” FOR one shirt? Never again.

3 star for it was ok. One day svc is good. Asked if I wanted medium start ....extra 50 cents each. Kind of weird in that I've never paid for medium starch. Got all 10 items $41.84 and shirts look loose not starched at all. We will see.
