I'm writing this review as a warning to potential clients who may be considering hiring My AIO web company based in US. My experience with this company has been nothing short of disastrous.

It all started when Kelvin, their salesperson, reached out to me through my Yelp account. He promised to optimize my Google My Business account and I paid $360.15 Canadian dollars for the service. Big mistake.

My AIO did absolutely nothing. The manager, Damon Paul, is incompetent and unprofessional. He created a Google My Business profile, but it was suspended the very next day. Since then, my account has been inactive, and I've been unable to get any help from the company.

I've tried contacting them multiple times, but no one responds. Damon Paul is the worst. He brings his personal issues into customer projects and fails to deliver. Every day is an excuse, and I mean it when I say that nothing was done.

This is not my first review. I previously left a review on their website, and Damon Paul immediately reached out, begging me to delete my comments. But I'm not deleting anything this time. I want to warn others about this scam.

My AIO is a big scam. They will took your money and did nothing. I've reported them to my bank for services not received, and I'm still waiting for a refund.

If you're considering hiring My AIO, don't. Run away from them as fast as you can. Block their numbers and emails. They're not worth your time or money.

It's been almost three months since they contacted me, and I'm still dealing with the aftermath. Don't make the same mistake I did. Stay away from My AIO.

Horrible experience from this company, i would recommend looking for a company with actually customer services. Call me multiple times being very pushy when i told him we needed time to make a decision. he said listen don't talk to any other marketers they will just confuse you, i am the best and you have all the info you need. When i told him we need more time he said i don't want to work with you shut up and hung up. his name is rich and he's such terrible salesman and was lying through his teeth.

If I could give a rating, it would be zero stars.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company MYAIO. They promised to get my business to the first position on Google within three months. However, after more than two months of waiting, my business hadn’t moved up at all in the rankings. Despite this, they kept asking for more time.

By the third month, I decided to cancel because I wasn’t receiving any new clients. To make matters worse, just three hours after I requested the cancellation, I received an email from Google saying my business profile had been suspended. And the company still tried to charge me for a month of service they hadn’t delivered, leaving me with a suspended account.

Now, I’m stuck dealing with Google to try and restore my business profile, while losing the three months I spent with this company. Before working with them, I was getting new clients, but now, not only have I lost those months without any new business, but I also have to deal with a suspended Google business account.

If I could turn back time, I would never have spent money on this service. It’s a complete disservice, and no company should have to go through this. They are LIARS!!

I was promised leads in three months. Never had one lead in over 4 months. When I said I couldn't afford to pay anymore all the sudden the price dropped. And that happened every month, not just once. A 3rd grader could build a better website. Added a bunch of unnecessary random photos that didn't make sense to my site after I sent them hundreds of my photos. Then when I canceled they wanted to charge me more. All about the money. Wouldn't recommend wasting your time with this company.

I had a terrible experience with My AIO. Joseph and Jasper were extremely pushy, disrespectful, and rude throughout the process. We decided not to move forward with them early on when it became clear they were lying and trying to trick us. Despite canceling the service—which was never even provided—they have been refusing to process the cancellation for over two months now. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Dealing with them has been frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish.

If I could give this company zero stars, I absolutely would. They are nothing but scammers, preying on unsuspecting customers and taking advantage of people’s trust. From false promises to misleading advertising, they do everything they can to lure you in and then leave you with nothing but frustration and lost money. Customer service is non-existent, and they refuse to take accountability for their shady practices. Avoid this company at all costs! Save yourself the stress and take your business elsewhere.
