Hate to give them a Star, even though this place does not deserve the star. Rude people , unpleasant, unprofessional, they give you a case manager for nothing , they don’t call you , they don’t check on you ,, this place is full of BS. Everyone horse play in the office , laughing and joke around while I waited . Gave me a hard time removing the device, unprofessional phone call , from case manager Victoria . Please send your employee to a training seminar for Customer Service and relations strategy.
