I've been using this service for several years but about a tear or so age the service has become spotty and at time questionable. For instance today at 1600 CST in Illinois, the time is recorded as 1:52 PM (1352) instead of 4:52 PM (1652). From a researcher' point of view, is the time posted erroneously and the data correctly? Or are both rehashes of of the data from 1:52?
