Limited selection, disrespectful staff. On Thanksgiving I received a phone call at 9am from an employee's personal cell phone, so this employee could tell me about their holiday deals. I told them not to ever call me back, and received a call from the same employee in an hour. Multiple conversations with management wasn't enough to stop my phone from being bombarded with text advertisements from different numbers.

These people are not professional or courteous, and I would rather drive to another city than ever spend another cent there.

I am so happy Safford has its own medical dispensary! They are open every day and have a bunch of awesome products. I love the infused pre-rolls and the flower! They also have fire dabs, and the atmosphere is a cool vibe. I’m excited about the online ordering and delivery!! See you soon!

This place has come along ways!! I really enjoy going in there now, both managers r soo helpful & kind, & r always lookin for the best deal for me! Plus they have a much better selection & theres prices arent bad at all! They have alot of options as far as pieces! Definitely check em out again! 10/10 recommend!!

Altitude is the only dispensary I ever go to. The staff and selections are outstanding and go above and beyond then any past expectations. Every visit is welcoming and exciting to see what they have next! I highly recommend this dispo if your in the area!!!
