I've been a customer approximately 5 years. I run a small/midsize PI firm with a heavy focus on litigation. I'll summarize my experience this year, which has been as bad as it can be.

In each client file on the left hand size of the screen you have approximately 20 tabs, tabs vary from client info, to medical treatment, to settlement. The organization and tab layout makes sense and is very convenient (when it works). So, if an injured client has seen 10 providers, you enter the providers under the treatment tab, and upload the medical records. When you want to review client treatment, you head to that tab, click the dropdown box and select the file you want to review. You do the same for litigation tab, where you would review all your court filings, like limine's, exhibit lists, etc. This system is great, when it works.

HERE'S THE PROBLEM: approx. two months ago documents on the tabs just disappeared one afternoon. I immediately notified CP and they stated they identified a bug where all the documents were disappearing from the tabs and would not load on the corresponding tab but they were fixing it. The documents are still in the file, but they are pooled under a document tab that is unorganized and just a dump file location (not intended to be used in an efficient manner).

This is an absolutely critical feature and serious bug. I reached out to CP and was assured they were working on it. After weeks I asked for a manager to call me. I requested this at least SIX TIMES before I got a call. When I did get a call, I was assured this would be fixed and they would schedule a meeting. This was a week and a half ago--still not fixed and no contact back regarding the meeting. We've followed up three times with management.

The system as it is, right now, with this bug, is almost useless. I cannot recommend this product until it is fixed. I'm leaving this review because I cannot get CP to respond to me to get this fixed. CP is great when it works, and I would recommend it, but not as it is. I am at a complete loss as to how customer service and management has handled this.

DO NOT USE THIS PROGRAM FOR YOIR FIRM, THEY ARE TERRIBLE AND IS AT A HIGH RISK FOR SECURITY BREACHES! Not only is their system confusing, but it’s complicated, slow, constantly crashing, and the layout makes zero sense. Our firm recently attempted to make a switch for our systems. All of the information they had input was inserted incorrectly. We gave case peer plenty of time to transfer information from our prior program to theirs, we pushed back our deadline 3 TIMES!!! Not only did it cause chaos and confusion in our firm but it slowed down our process. We had two clients complain of identity theft immediately after the switch, which has never happened EVER before. We finally said screw it and switched back to our original program. Smh if this review allowed to put zero stars I would because this is program is AWFUL

Don't even think about calling or emailing customer service. Five messages and not one response yet. I like the program, but if you need to speak or chat with someone.....good luck

This review is for Corey Buck who presented the information patiently, in a thorough and straightforward manner. Zero pressure, no aggressive sales tactics - just sharing knowledge and determining fit. He made a great impression and represented the company well.

We have been using Casepeer's software for several months and I am very pleased with it. The user interface is very intuitive and easy to use. The integrations are solid. The document management system and calendar easily integrates with office 365 /one-drive. It has everything we need in a case management software.
