It has been absolutely refreshing to work with D-best. From the initial meeting with Gareth to all the work installing and transferring data with Jacob. Jacob was so knowledgeable and every thing worked flawlessly upon each person taking over their computer. He was so diligent in making sure everything was set exactly or similarly so that we didn’t have to search to find things. We have been through a gamut of tech companies and D-best has been by far the best experience. Very professional yet very personable. They didn’t talk down to me when I asked 1000 questions but answered each one with knowledge and patience.

Blake came out to fix an issue. Was very nice and helpful. Was unable to fix the issue because they had to wait on another company to contact them. While here he answered all the questions I had. He left and said that as soon as the other company contacted them the issue would get fixed.
