So slow to load. If you come in for load take a food with you and patience because you need it. Workers all time setting on the phone.
It’s taken me 6hr for pick up.

0800 appointment first one to check in as they don't start shipping till 0800. Told I have to wait for a bay to open. Been an hour now and still no bays open. How do you start at 0800 and already have full bays before anyone checks in. Reviews are definitely accurate. If your able to not take a load here I would recommend you don't.

This is the only review you will need. Anyone doing a trailer swap it's 24/7, walk into the sad and lonely shipping office and get your paperwork any time. EVERYONE ELSE- expect a long wait 85% of the time. I'm parked next to a driver who has been here 5+ hours and counting. Bring food and water to survive because you will need it!

Truck drivers ATTENTION don't go here I arrived for loading at 10:15am did everything necessary put the truck where they said 4 hours have passed and they still haven't loaded it I went into the office they said I had to wait and didn't What's special? I'm very upset and the workers are so rude and lazy.

Came in 9pm for 8am delivery. Parked on the street for night. Checked in 8am and was done by 9:10am.

If you're a flatbed getting unloaded it's great. unsecure and go get in line around back, wasn't here more then an hour with 6 trucks ahead of me.

One is the lowest or else it would be lower ,they could care less about your time at all, and we wonder why a lot of our jobs go overseas because they want to work sorry place shipping receiving worthless waited 3 hrs to unload was told shipping is a priorty,so I said that I would not make them a priority ever again,I spoke with guys waiting to load been waiting for 3 plus hours sstupid

Joje of a place get here given door still sitting here 4hrs later with trucks coming in after me and getting loaded and gone don't accept a load from brokers unless you fell like spending all your time here flatbed have no problem
